About

A web and software company in Dar es Salaam.

We help Tanzanian businesses replace paperwork, spreadsheets and disconnected tools with software that works the way they do.

Who we are

Small enough to know you. Complete enough to build it all.

Digivolve Innovations designs and builds websites, custom software and Odoo ERP systems, and helps businesses get found online. The same team takes a project from the first conversation to launch, and supports it afterwards.

Most of the businesses we meet already have the right ideas. What slows them down is the tools: sales in one notebook, stock in another spreadsheet, a website nobody can update. Our job is to connect those pieces so the numbers agree and the team spends its time on customers.

We work from Saifee Mansion on Bibi Titi Mohammed Street, in the centre of Dar es Salaam. You can call us, message us on WhatsApp, or come in and talk it through in person.

What you can count on

How every project is run.

These are the terms we work to with every client, whatever the size of the job.

  • A written quote first

Scope, price, timeline and payment schedule are agreed in writing before any work starts.

  • You own what you pay for

Once paid, the code, designs, domain and accounts are in your name, and we hand over every file.

  • Progress you can see

You get a private preview link and can try the work as it is built, not only at the end.

  • Training for your team

We show the people who will use the system how it works, using your own data.

  • Support agreed in writing

After launch you know who to call, what is covered and how quickly we respond.

What we value

How we work with you.

  • Plain words

No jargon in our quotes, our reports or our software. If something is unclear, that is our problem to fix.

  • Built to last

We choose proven tools, write code your next developer can read, and hand over everything you paid for.

  • Close by

A local team in your time zone, on the phone or across the table when you need us.

Who we build for

Businesses that run on stock, bookings and customers.

  • Shops and supermarkets
  • Wholesalers and distributors
  • Travel and tour companies
  • Hotels and restaurants
  • Schools and training centres
  • Professional services
  • NGOs and associations
Our own product

Why we are building DigiPOS.

Again and again we saw shops lose sales when the internet or the power went down, and owners close the day with numbers that didn't match. DigiPOS is our answer: a point-of-sale system that keeps selling offline and puts tills, stock and reports in one place.

Questions

About working with us.

Do you only work with businesses in Dar es Salaam?

No. We are based in Dar es Salaam and work with businesses across Tanzania. Most of a project can be done by phone, WhatsApp and video call.

Who owns the website or software you build?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the code, designs, domain and accounts belong to you, as set out in your agreement.

Can you work with our existing developer or IT team?

Yes. We can take over a project, work alongside your team, or hand over to them when we are done.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Swahili, for meetings, training and the software itself.

Let's build something useful.

Tell us what you need. We reply within one working day with next steps and a rough timeline.
