We work to keep the information here accurate, but it is general and may change. Descriptions of services and of DigiPOS, which is not yet released, are not offers. Prices, timelines, features and supported hardware are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement.

Figures shown on the home page are illustrative examples and are not a guarantee of results.

Quotes, payment and refunds

Each project starts with a written quote setting out scope, price, payment schedule and timeline. Refunds, cancellations and changes to scope are handled as set out in that written agreement.

Intellectual property

The Digivolve and DigiPOS names, logos and the content of this website belong to Digivolve Innovations. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our logos or content without written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Links to other sites

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on general information here, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Tanzanian law that cannot be limited.
